All teachers at the centre are excellent however, I find Carolyn’s teaching style has improved my strength, balance and flexibility. Classes include slow movements and deep breathing to increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose builds strength. Carolyn’s classes change regularly to target different parts of the body. I am so grateful to have such an amazing yoga centre at Cooly.”

  • I love your studio for many reasons. You are all very unique and all genuine. And truthfully you all remind me how much I miss teaching and creating a positive part of peoples day even if for the time they are there. It’s hard to find a studio that you can walk into and know that the person we give our money to is not there for themselves but for us. Trust me it’s very rare. You have created an environment free from judgment and ego. You are all passionate about what you do and it shows. I just wanted to tell you that cause it’s not something that probably gets said very often and it should.

  • “Darlene is a fantastic teacher, and a genuinely lovely, caring person, which, I feel is important when you’re listening to someone talk to you for an hour or more. Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check if you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking your positioning and comfortability. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you somehow come out relaxed.
