  • Yin Yoga

    Just relax, breathe, stretch and quieten with some wonderful yin stretches, increasing flexibility, removing tension, counteracting stress, balancing and revitalizing. For beginners and practiced yogis.

  • Grounding Hatha

    Hatha yoga, is a perfect exercise system for the body inside and out, building strength, flexibility and optimum health. With an added balance for more vitality. Changing themes. For beginners and practised yogis

  • Hatha Flow

    Flow thru a nourishing & energizing sequence of asanas, challenging your strength, stamina & flexibility, moving dynamically with the breath. No two classes the same. For practiced yogis with mixed levels

Namaste, I have 17 years yoga teaching experience, 10 years of which running my own yoga studio, currently head manager, helping create a hub for health, yoga fitness, well being, friendships, peace and joy. My yoga journey initially started with me loving the energy from my yoga practice. Many years on and as my practice has grown I love the health, the balance for body, mind and soul, the life, yoga asanas, yoga, meditation and wisdom give. Namaste. I have been teaching yoga for 10 years, teaching a large variety of classes and levels. I like to base my yoga classes around a theme, changing the focus so it's always fresh and interesting. I am aware of the power of yoga and the yogic breath on health and wellbeing and always includes a pranayama practice in every class. Always giving a variety of options in asanas (yoga poses) so people can either work stronger or keep it easy. Keeping your practice interesting, challenging and always new.

One of our popular yoga meditation teachers of 7 years at the studio, Nathan Douglas Lowe is back teaching Grounding Hatha Yoga, with mixed levels. Nathan focuses on postural alignment, challenging you physically. You will learn how to make your yoga practice more sensible & practical and leave smiling, relaxed and energized.
